5. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices on the Website are listed in Euros (€) and include Danish VAT at the applicable rate. For orders placed outside the EU, the Danish VAT of 25% will be deducted during checkout. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the Website at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of obvious errors.
  • Currency Conversion: If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction.
  • Customs Fees: Orders placed for delivery outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in the shipping expenses from MMC. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch or reservation of your order.   • Card Validation: All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to MMC, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping Providers: We ship orders worldwide. We send orders via Postnord, DHL and UPS.
  • Shipping Time: All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after the issuance of the order confirmation, unless otherwise informed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. Any additional charges, such as customs fees for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Cancellation and Return Policy

  • Right of Cancellation: When you make a purchase from our site, you have a 14- day right of cancellation. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the expiry of the 14-day period. The cancellation period starts on the day you receive your order.
  • Returning the Product: If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must return the product to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel your purchase. The items must be returned to MMC’s mailing address: Österbrogade 226, st. 1, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.
  • Item Condition and Inspection: Our items are thoroughly checked before being stocked and sent to customers to ensure that they are free from defects and damage. Please ensure that items are packaged responsibly for return. We do not accept delivery of items returned COD (Cash on Delivery) or sent without postage.
  • Tracking and Risk: When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the package is trackable and to retain proof of postage, including the tracking number, until we confirm receipt of the return. You bear the risk of the item(s) during transportation and are responsible for ensuring that the package arrives undamaged.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are liable for all expenses incidental to returning an item when you cancel a purchase. Items should be returned in their original, undamaged condition. If returned items show signs of damage or use, you will be liable for any loss in value, which may result in a reduction or forfeiture of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: Please enclose your order number inside the package when returning items. Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
